On 4th of July Aubriella woke up with a cough. At first I thought she had learned to fake cough because it was so cute and gentle and made her smile. Soon though, her little cough starting sounding worse. We didn't want to expose anyone to her cough, and we didn't want her outside getting worse so when the Ungers invited us over to have a relaxed day at their house it was perfect.
I was worried that Canaan would get sick being around Aubriella, but they assured me he has the immune system of an Ox.
This is a common sight- Jose holding Canaan and Aubriella!
I can't tell if Canaan is checking Aubriella out or watching her play with his toy!
We bundled her up and took her out to the neighborhood block party so she could see a couple of fireworks.
She was mesmerized!
P.S Canaan does not have the immune system of an ox- though the Ungers insist it wasn't Aubri who got him sick later that week.
