For some very exciting news (aside from Baby G), Sonya and Isaiah are engaged! It has been so fun to see God's plan for Sonya's life from high school until now. It worked out perfect!
Isaiah popped the question in Yosemite, completely surprising Sonya, and then attempted a surprise engagement party (she suspected it). It was great to see all their friend's and family who are excited for them!
On a side note to toot my own wedding planning horn (for the purpose of getting other interested unmarrieds to pay me for my services so I can someday quit my job of baby snatcher and work from home), about two months into Sonya and Isaiah's relationship Sonya asked for some wedding ideas. All I knew was that she wanted a wedding with oak trees. I suggested a barn reception and gave her two reception location ideas. And whaddya know, she is going to get married at the place I suggested and have her reception in a barn!
