Things to do on the Central Coast?

I LOOOOVE the Central Coast, and I know there are plenty of things to do here. The problem is I have a hard time remembering all the things this area has to offer. A good friend from my time in Colorado is coming to visit- YEAH! She and two other friends are coming to California for the first time and are spendng 2 whole days with me. They for sure want to go to the beach (pray for warm weather!), and aside from that are willing to do and try anything. Any one have suggestions? There was talk of wine tasting- do you know specific wineries with free (or cheap) tastings? Please leave me a comment and help me out!
