We have been getting tired of waiting for an answer on the offer we submitted THREE MONTHS AGO! Now a new house came on the market at the right time, and at the right price! We submitted an offer on Monday, and should hear back any day (it is not a short sale!). There are perks to both homes, the other one is a beautiful Spanish style and right next to the park, but this new one has granite counters, beautiful paint, stainless steel appliances, 3x's bigger backyard, an extra sliding door...
Can't wait to hear an answer! I am already getting excited, and maybe getting my hopes up too soon (I was looking online for refidgerators!, but I got to be hopeful.
