4 Months Old!

Ezra is growing so fast! He is 4 months as of last week, and weighed in at 14 lbs 13ounces 2 days ago! I love my "Little Chubster."

He is the best baby! He is so chill and smiley! He tends to hate the car, but his screams and cries are limited to there so I can't complain. There has been nothing I can do to get him to take a pacifier, so for now we are praying he will soon learn to fall asleep in the car!

He is rolling over from his belly to back, and seems really close to going from back to stomach. Honestly, we don't practice much tummy time so he doesn't get much practice rolling around. (I remember worrying about forgetting to give Aubri tummy time, but she crawled by 6 months and walked by 8 months, so I haven't bothered to care with Ezra. He definitely shows strong ab muscles anyway. He loves sitting in the bumbo watching everything around him. If he is laying down he tries to sit up, and he even sits up from his swing or bouncer when I reach to pick him up.

He has already had one haircut, and another is soon to come! Since his first haircut he has developed a few thin spots around the sides,  so now the top looks like a comb over!

He sleeps good overall. A couple of long naps during the day (though our day to day routine changes so much we don't have set times), and occasionally some cat naps. He seems to be consistently waking up at 2 am and again between 5-6, and then up at 7:30. Works for me! His bassinet is still by our bed so it is easy for me to get and feed him.

Ezra Joseph is the sweetest guy ever. He frequently gives half smiles (Elvis?) and then his face lights up. He squeals and laughs all the time, and is very ticklish. We love our little man!
