My Birthday Week!

Blogging obviously has not been a priority for me lately! Even now I'm typing with Aubriella hanging out with me in the sling! Even though we are definitely not as busy as we were before she came, we've made a point to get out every day- even if it is just a walk to Starbucks!

My 26th birthday was on March 8th and all I wanted to do was enjoy an outdoor day with Jose and Aubriella. Unfortunately the only downside to living on the Central Coast is the horrible wind that hits every year about this time. It was too cold on my birthday to take the babe out, so instead I took advantage of the indoor weather to spruce up my sparse wardrobe and went shopping! Afterwards we went out for lunch, and later that evening our immediate families met us for dinner at Ichiban.

We enjoyed our private sunken room, and Aubriella enjoyed being passed around and getting lots of attention. Even though she had just ate, she decided she was hungry. I had no choice but to attempt to feed her- and she did great! Our first feeding with the nursing cover! It just so happened to be right before they surprised me with green tea ice cream. What a difference a year makes. Last year was Marlenetinis and this year is nursing covers!

Afterwards we had ice cream sundaes at our house!

Every Thursday night Jose's entire family gets together for dinner. If anyone has anything to celebrate there is always cake. This Thursday we got to celebrate me! Jose's grandma even made my favorite enchiladas!

Finally on Friday the weather was nice enough to be outside. I packed us a lunch and we headed to Shell Beach. We were there a few hours walking along the path, on the sand, and taking lots of pictures!

What a great Birth-week! I am so blessed!
