We got an answer...

And it wasn't what we wanted to hear. After almost 6 months of waiting for an answer from the bank on the house we wanted, we were told no. I am fighting the urge to slander and bad mouth the selling relator who has obviously been lying to us for the past 20+weeks, but my kind husband prayed last night that we would just take this news as an answer from God and not let our anger get in the way of seeing God's will (or something close to that, I don't know I was too upset to hear the truth last night). Surprisingly we were not as sad as I thought we would have been. We really had a change in heart this last week or two and had for the first time started doubting that this was the house with us. So we are back to looking more seriously at some other homes, and may submit an offer on another house tomorrow. It is tough being patient!!
